Attempting to fix blurry pictures online isn’t always easy, and results will depend on the level and type of blur present. The good news is that it is possible.
If you can’t find the perfect tool in Shutterstock Create, here are other free online solutions for blurred pictures.
How To Fix Blurry Images
With many online apps, all you need to do is upload a photo from your Shutterstock Collections or desktop and move the slider to make adjustments. If you have access to Adobe Photoshop or decide to visit Pixlr or Photopea, here is another useful way to sharpen blurry images:
1. Duplicate the background using Layer > Duplicate Layer.
2. After selecting this new layer, choose Filter > High Pass. Set the slider so image counters are clearly visible but not too strong. Select OK.
3. In the layer panel, select the dropdown list and choose the Overlay, Soft Light or Hard Light option, depending on the strength desired.
4. Move the opacity slider to the left, adjusting the percentage to the optimal appearance.
